Work Management System Administrator – Grosvenor Mine

We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for a Work Management System Administrator at our Grosvenor Mine in Moranbah, QLD. Reporting to the Maintenance & Planning Superintendent this role will play an essential role in ongoing working-life of Grosvenor Mine.

You will primarily be responsible for providing support to the Engineering & Maintenance Planning Department, particularly scheduling and the computerised maintenance management system.

You will be responsible for ensuring system maintenance within Ellipse, management of shift reports and associated spreadsheets, the creation of work orders and work order completion compliance. You will be responsible for managing the mine's Safety and Statutory work management system. You may also be required to assist Departmental Planners for administrative support and any other projects as directed by the Superintendent.

To succeed in the role you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge of the Coal Mining Industry and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, previous experience working with Ellipse will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting tasks in a timely manner. Your professional approach, high level of interpersonal communication skills and ambitious attitude will be instrumental in your success in this role.
