As the Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Management, you will be responsible for the coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of the Talent Management System for Anglo American's Australian Coal business. Together with the site and corporate HR teams you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of agreed talent identification, assessment and development process. Particular focus of this role will be supporting functional Heads and line management in ensuring key processes such as career discussions take place, agreed development actions are established and there is a robust follow up and tacking process.
