SHE Administration Assistant - Capcoal Underground Operation - Grasstree

Capcoal Underground Operations currently has an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic Safety Systems Administration Assistant based in Middlemount, QLD. Reporting to the SHE Manager this role will play an essential role in ongoing working-life of Capcoal Underground Operations.

While supporting the Health and Safety and Environmental with all administrative tasks including general office support, ensuring accuracy of information is entered in our safety systems which will support our ongoing operations.

To succeed in the role you will have a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge of the Coal Mining Industry and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. You will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting tasks in a timely manner. Your professional approach and high level of interpersonal communication skills will be instrumental in your success in this role.

This is a Monday to Friday role based in Middlemount, Queensland.
