Training Coordinator – Moranbah North Mine
We are currently seeking a highly motivated training professional to join our Moranbah North Mine – the 2017 and 2018 Coal Mine of the Year.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability in scheduling and delivering training related tasks for compliance and development of our team. As one of the Training Coordinators you will manage end to end the process of organising, scheduling targeted training programs for the mine, drive continuous improvement and best practice for training delivery and ensure crew proficiency levels in accordance with site training needs.
To be successful in the role you will hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment with a sound knowledge of current training practices and coal mining legislation. You will have previous experience in delivering site based training programs, managing site based training requirements and preferred underground operational experience.
Your strong communication and team-building skills, as well as your drive to deliver high quality output in a timely manner will be key to your success in the role.
This is a Monday to Friday position.
