With the centralisation comes the need for new ways of working, efficient processes and procedures, standardised IM systems as well as a new organisational model to be implemented to create a world class centralised, super-efficient, twin centred marketing function that can anticipate market developments and proactively plan sales and marketing activities with full information, visibility and a fast, efficient decision making process. The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for the production of management and financial reports (both routine and ad hoc) including top level analysis for the individual commodity within Marketing for Marketing BU stakeholders as well as to submit relevant data through to the Production BUs. Key stakeholders will include the relevant Business Partner, with whom they will work to obtain inputs and assumptions to be used for the reports, as well as the Financial Reporting Accountant – Marketing BU and the Corporate & Regulatory Accountant to support the reporting of the Marketing BU. The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for continuously improving the data gathering and report generation process, and as a peer group they will work together to ensure consistency.
Corporate & Regulatory Accountant (Singapore) Singapore

The Corporate & Regulatory Accountant is responsible for closing the ledgers of the central cost (‘corporate’) SAP entities and for loading the data into HFM. The Corporate & Regulatory Accountant prepares the underlying budget and recharges for the central cost ledgers and supports the marketing BU overhead process more widely. The Corporate & Regulatory Accountant manages the employee costs data for the marketing hubs. The Corporate & Cost Accountant will also be responsible for the preparation and invoicing of the recharges between the Marketing entities and allocations between commodities. The Corporate & Regulatory Accountant will also provide support as required to the Financial Reporting Accountant – Marketing BU in consolidating marketing data including costs and overheads. In addition the Corporate & Regulatory Accountant is responsible for preparing the required statutory, tax and regulatory compliance submissions. They will be an expert user of the HFM consolidation system and will support the Financial Reporting Accountants and Analysts in their use of HFM.
