HR Reporting Specialist Gauteng
The role of the Reporting Specialist entails producing HR Management reports as defined in the scope of service for Employee Services. This includes understanding the reporting requirements, liaising with customers where required to obtain further detail and producing the required reports per the service request management process. The Reporting Specialist is also responsible for identifying opportunities to automate reports where feasible. Where there are opportunities for the specialist to train the end users to improve efficiencies, it is the responsibility of the specialist to train customers to draw the report themselves (empowering the customer).

Survey Engineering Trainee Technician x2 Western Cape
The incumbent will form part of a small dedicated geophysical survey team operating state of the art autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV’s) and conventional marine geophysical systems in support of marine diamond mining exploration and resource development. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the operation by operating, maintaining and repairing the production equipment for the GeoSurvey team. This is a seagoing position with a focus on electronics. Should the incumbent not have all the preferred experience, they will undertake formal training sponsored by the Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the execution of equipment and machinery refurbishment in the Paarden Eiland workshops. Manage the manufacture and assembly of new equipment and machinery in the workshops. Ensure safety, health, environmental and quality systems are adhered to for all managed work.
